Carcinogenic chemicals are a cause of breast cancer. The point is to avoid being exposed to such substances as much as possible. The most recent study has found three common chemicals that lead to breast cancer and ways to prevent it.
1. Bisphenol-A (BPA): can be found in canned food, printing processes (cash register receipts), plastic food containers or water bottles and kids’ toys. BPA can make healthy breast cells live like cancer cells and reduce cancer medicine effectiveness.
2. Phthalates: used in synthetic fragrances, cosmetics, cleaning products and much more; it makes plastics softer. Opt for essential natural products instead of synthetically scented ones. Go PVC-free.
3. Parabens: widely used in cosmetics such as creams, lotions and deodorants. Ensure you only use products without paraben or ingredients that are paraben free.
