Past, Present, Future
We exist right now; we cannot revisit the past; we cannot observe the future, just like a bird, flower, tree, or dog.
However, we respect the past, think about the present, and wonder about the future. C’est la vie!
There is only one being that can witness the entire existence of the Earth—Nature itself!
Your ancestors cared about it for you; consequently, you have to care about it for your descendants. How you toil at home to live in better conditions, you have to do the same for nature as, like your house, it keeps a roof over your head, too.
As Chief Seattle, a Duwamish Chief from the Suquamish Tribe once asserted; we do not inherit the Earth from our ancestors; we borrow it from our children.
